What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and message you provide, along with the page you submitted from and the market you selected. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to scope the work you are asking about.

When you become a client and use the Divuzl Portal, we additionally hold the information needed to deliver the engagement — which, for incorporation and compliance work, can include identity documents and financial records required by the relevant registrar or tax authority.

Why we can use it

For enquiries, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. For client work, we rely on performance of the contract between us, and on our legal obligations where a regulator requires us to collect and retain particular records.

Who we share it with

We share personal data with government registries and tax authorities where a filing requires it, and with the service providers that run our infrastructure — hosting, email delivery, file storage and payment processing. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for a limited period and then deleted. Client records are retained for as long as the relevant jurisdiction requires records of that type to be kept, which varies by market and by document.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one working day.

Where GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to object to processing, to request restriction, to data portability, and to complain to your national supervisory authority.
