Acceptance

By using the Divuzl website, the Divuzl Portal, or any service we provide, you agree to be bound by these terms and by any scope of work signed alongside them. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Where a signed engagement letter or statement of work conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes precedence for that engagement.

Scope of engagement

Each engagement is defined by a written scope agreed before work begins. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately rather than assumed. Statutory costs — government filing fees, registry charges and similar — are passed through at cost and shown separately from our fees.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. How we collect, use and store personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated directly rather than by silent update.
