You may request cancellation of an engagement at any time by writing to us. We will confirm receipt, tell you what work has already been completed, and set out any amount due or refundable before anything is processed.
Statutory and government fees
Government filing fees, registry charges, and other statutory costs are paid to third parties on your behalf and are generally non-refundable once submitted, because we cannot recover them ourselves. These are always itemised separately from our own fees so the distinction is visible before you pay.
Work already delivered
Fees for work already completed and delivered are not refundable. Where an engagement is cancelled partway, we calculate the proportion of scope delivered and refund the balance of any advance held against undelivered work.
How to request a refund
Email us with your engagement reference. We aim to acknowledge every request within one working day and to complete processing of approved refunds through the original payment method.
